MorningStar works with well-established solution providers as well as start-up entities with limited experience in the markets in which they intend to serve. Utilizing years of experience as consultants to large employers, health plans, and healthcare providers, we develop actuarial sound value proposition that resonate with the prospective buyers and align with their budgeting process so that they better appreciate the solution's value.
We also assist in developing performance guarantees that minimize the risk to the solution provider while providing the buyer with assurance that the solution is viable and expected to deliver value. MorningStar also guides our start-up clients with the appropriate data that could be collected to best support further development of the value proposition and demonstrate the actual value delivered to existing customers.
We also work with the client’s Marketing and Sales staff to support their efforts to promote the solution. We assist in developing marketing materials, promote the solution through press releases, webinars and live presentations. When requested, we interface directly with the client’s prospective buyers and advisors during the sales process to explain and support the value analysis -- often using the prospective buyer's characteristics to develop a prospect-specific value proposition. We also support our clients with existing customers by developing the processes to reconcile the actual value delivered and directly interface with customers, when requested, to support the actual value delivered.
